BJWSA Goes Live with Advanced
Okatie, SC and Toronto, Canada. November 24, 2008
Beaufort Jasper Water & Sewer Authority (BJWSA) has successfully completed their implementation of CIS Infinity in collaboration with Advanced Utility Systems (Advanced).
BJWSA is a public, non-profit organization that was created by the South Carolina Legislature in 1954 to supply water and sewer services to people in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
With the conclusion of the go-live phase, BJWSA is now able to bill their 40,000 water and wastewater customers using CIS Infinity. In addition to being a customer information and utility billing solution, CIS Infinity provides comprehensive functionality as a standard feature set. This ensures that all of BJWSA’s business requirements and more are met without expensive new add-ons or custom development.
As with all its implementations, Advanced provided full professional services for BJWSA’s utility billing and customer information system project that included the following: Implementation, Training, Conversion and Support & Upgrades.
Advanced is also providing a seamless integration between CIS Infinity and BJWSA’s additional enterprise applications - Badger Meter Reading Software, Interactive Voice Response system, MUNIS Financials and Maintenance Management System Integration and Work Orders application (GBA).
BJWSA represents another complete implementation for Advanced. Steven Hammond, General Manager notes, “Advanced is dedicated to delivering a successful implementation to each of its clients. We work closely with our clients and give them one-on-one support to ensure the project stays on track. We are proud to have brought BJWSA to go-live on CIS Infinity continuing our consistent record of more than 90 complete implementations.”
