Harris NorthStar CIS Selected by the City Morganton, NC

The NorthStar division (Harris NorthStar) of Harris Computer Systems is pleased to announce today that the City of Morganton, NC has chosen and started implementation of NorthStar CIS as its utility billing solution hosted by ElectriCities of North Carolina.
