CIS Infinity implementation completed: Hendersonville Utility District

Looking to replace their legacy utility billing system Hendersonville Utility District (HUD) has recently completed their implementation of CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution offered by Advanced Utility Systems (Advanced).

Advanced provided HUD with a total system solution that included software, hardware configuration, installation, training and ongoing support. As with all its implementations Advanced does not outsource any part of its implementation process to third-parties.

HUD provides water and wastewater service to 15,000 customers and its number one priority is customer service. CIS Infinity will assist HUD with this goal by providing a software solution that is reliable and able to handle their business requirements with minimal modifications.

• An easy-to-use interface that is designed to provide access from the account inquiry screen to all customer information with the click of a mouse
• A real time system whereby updates, edits, and additions are updated to the database

CIS Infinity is fully integrated to HUD’s financial software application – Great Plains Dynamics – providing a single Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

Having gone live, HUD will now be undertaking the implementation of three additional Advanced products that work seamlessly with CIS Infinity. eCARE will be used to address the online payment needs of HUD. mCARE will be HUD’s new workforce automation application that leverages mobile and wireless technologies to optimize service order processes. EIS (Executive Information System) will be HUD’s dashboard system which allows decision makers to access critical management information, quickly and easily.
